Agami

Vocational Training Institute for Persons with Special Needs and Others

AGAMI specializes in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities through specifically designed vocational training and job placements.

Employment is often seen as an important step towards the rehabilitation and empowerment of a person with a disability because it provides a sense of belonging, importance, and independence.

Individuals are carefully matched to courses after a full assessment of training needs and suitability, carried out by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, social workers, counselors and other professionals, who take into consideration the trainee’s physical and financial condition, education, family support, interests, mobility aids, home environment, and individual needs. The Institute also offers training programs for the other disadvantaged population of the society as per the need and the capability of the institute.
