Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, our mission is to make a positive impact on the community we serve. We are grateful for any and all donations that help us fulfill this mission.

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a donor may wish to request a refund. While we do not generally offer refunds, we do recognize that there may be exceptional cases where a refund is necessary.

If you believe that your donation was made in error, or if you have any concerns regarding your donation, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues and address your concerns.

Please note that any requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the donation. After this time period, we may not be able to process a refund.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used to make the donation, and may take up to 7 to 10 working days to process.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any goods or services provided in exchange for a donation, such as merchandise or tickets to an event.
