Legal Status

FARE is registered under the Department of Social Services, Government of the people’s republic of Bangladesh with Section 4 (3) of the Voluntary Social Welfare Institutions (Registration and Control) Ordinance (No. 46) of 1961 on October 1, 2007. The Registration number is 2784/07.


FARE’s activities must follow these act, rules & policies:


  • The Disability Right & Protection Act 9 Oct 2013.
  • Neuro-Developmental Disability Trust Law 10 Nov 2013.
  • Neuro-Developmental Disability Trust Rules 9 Sep 2015.
  • Integrated Special Education Policy on Disability 10 Oct 2019
